I doubt podcasters will cover this part — it’s too much additional work and my hunch is marketing will be where any extra love goes (clip creation, sharing, communicating with listeners, etc.) However, http://www.podenvy.com/ and https://www.audiosear.ch/ (and likely something Google will make, since it’s search!) can maybe fill the gap there.
